Outdoor! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be outdoor. If there is rain in the forecast we’ll move dinner under the patio.
The ceremony will be on grass, so please be cautious wearing heels.

September in North Carolina sees average highs of 80°F (27°C) and lows of 58°F (14°C).

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting a garden cocktail, semi-formal dress code for the evening.

Keep in mind this will be an outdoor occasion, so we recommend block heels.

We’re excited to have an intimate wedding with our closest friends and family. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation.

While we love your kiddos, we are looking for a child-free experience for everyone. Enjoy a fun date night to connect and celebrate without having to worry about little ones running around.

There is a grassy lot a short walk from the venue, parking attendants will be on site
For those not able to make the trek for health (or outfit) reasons, we will arrange for a valet or golf cart shuttle.
To ensure everyone gets home safely, cars can stay parked overnight and get picked up the following morning.

Ubers and Lyfts are around, but there aren’t a ton of them in the area. If you want to secure a safe way to get home while still being able to enjoy the bar, we recommend scheduling your ride in advance.
Official “last song” will be at 11pm
**Note: We’re also looking into local transportation services and will update if we’re able to book.
**Reminder: Parked cars are able to stay at the venue overnight.

Of course! We couldn’t imagine our big day without her.
She’ll be there for the main events, but will retire early. She does have FOMO and tends to spill a lot, so we ask that you don’t go looking for her when she’s already tucked away.

The big day is going to go by so fast. We’re excited to spend more time with everyone the night before!
We’ll have a dedicated space at the lovely Grey Hawk Bar and Gardens from 7-10. This will be an outdoor event with light snacks and a cash bar.
Dress code is more relaxed and casual. Think shorts, jeans, shorter dresses, polos and tank tops.
